The Feliny website which is being served by Oceana Brands Ltd / Lucky Pet, is open to individuals who have a South African identity number, who are 18 years or older and are currently living in South Africa.

Registration and Activation.

• To become a member, you need to successfully register on Feliny and then activate your account by clicking on the link in an email that will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in the registration form.

Member Privacy Protection
You are protected by the Oceana Brands Ltd, Lucky Pet / Feliny Privacy Policy.  This terms and conditions statement includes the terms of the Privacy Policy published on the Lucky Pet / Feliny website and updated from time to time.

Referral Service

• If you choose to participate in any other friend referral service, we will ask for your friend's email address only and send them a one-time-only email inviting them to join the Feliny website.
• We do not retain your friend's email on the Feliny database and they will receive no further communications from Feliny unless they agree to sign up as a Feliny member.

Closing your Account

• Should you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time by logging in and clicking on "My Profile" link and then click on the "Close my Account" button.
• You'll no longer receive any further communications from Oceana Brands Ltd / Lucky Pet / Feliny when you close your account.
• You may re-open your account at any time using the same login.  If you do so, your entries will be re-instated from the date your account is re-opened.

Oceana Brands Ltd (Lucky Pet / Feliny) is 100% committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to enable you to provide support for our product and to inform you of any new product launches or promotions offered in the future.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you register we ask for your name, email address, mobile number and South African identity number.  We use this information to tailor your online experience.

How does Feliny protect member information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal information.  The secure server layer [SSL] encrypts all the information you enter before it's transmitted over the internet and sent to us.  Furthermore, all of the member data we collect is protected against unauthorised access.

What about cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.  Whenever you log in to Feliny we store your unique ID [not your SA ID] and the time you signed in, in an encrypted session cookie on your hard drive.  When you log out of Feliny, these session cookies are expired.  The functionality of Feliny depends upon your browser accepting session cookies.

Oceana Brands Ltd tracks visitors to and on the Lucky Pet / Feliny website by using referrer tracking and we use click through and open mail tracking when sending emails.
